Return window
We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. (If shipping to the EU, the statutory 14-day cooling-off right also applies; see the “European customers” section below.)
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return&exchange

Click My Account (top-right) → Orders → find the order you want to return → click Request a Return → select the item(s) to refund → choose any reason (required) → in Note, enter the replacement product SKU + Color + Size * Quantity if you want an exchange (not needed for a plain refund).
Example:
SKU + Color + Size * Quantity

If your return request is approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Tracking required (must read)

After shipping, you must provide a valid tracking number.

Submit tracking by the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of the website or by replying to the return approval email with:

Refunds will only be processed after we receive a valid tracking number and the return is delivered to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your shipping receipt.
Important — Return shipping & label

We currently do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If we provide a return label file, that label may be for address only and may not include postage, so you must pay the postage before mailing.

For international returns: customers are responsible for any customs, import duties or taxes incurred when returning items unless we specifically state otherwise. Keep all customs/tax receipts if you expect reimbursement.
Refunds — timing & process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether the refund is approved.

If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
Refund fees

There are no IGUANA SPORT fees to issue refunds. However, original payment processor fees (charged by banks/payment providers) are not refundable by IGUANA SPORT.
Lost returns & proof

IGUANA SPORTis not responsible for lost returns. Please use a shipping method with tracking and retain your proof of postage until the return is complete. If a return goes missing, we will require the carrier’s tracking/proof for any claim.
Damages & wrong items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items and gift cards. Contact us if you are unsure about a specific item.
European customers (14-day right to cancel)
If your order was shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements (unworn, tags attached, original packaging, proof of purchase).
